For the past 15 years, I’ve carried a dream close to my heart. A vision of creating a healing space that feels sacred the moment you walk through the door. Today, I’m honored to share that this dream is a reality!! We are now fully operational in our beautiful and history downtown Apex, NC office. Serving clients in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Durham, and Raleigh.
This move is more than just a change of address. It represents a transition I’ve longed for, a space designed to embody calm, comfort, and safety—an environment where healing begins simply by entering.
Navigating My Own Parts
As I step into this new chapter, I notice the parts of me that show up in moments of change. My anxious, fearful, doubting part sits right beside me. Imposter syndrome whispers too, questioning whether I’m “enough” to hold this dream.
But Internal Family Systems (IFS) has taught me something invaluable: I don’t have to silence these parts, nor do I have to let them take over. Instead, I can hold space for them—listen, acknowledge, and discern.
What is simply fear?
What is wisdom I need to pay attention to?
By doing this, I choose to lead with the part of me that says: “This is no longer something to talk about—it’s something to live.”
Why This Matters for You
I share this vulnerably because I want my clients to see that transitions are rarely neat or easy. We all carry parts that want to protect us, even if they show up as doubt or fear. The work is not to banish them, but to learn how to be in relationship with them.
This is the heart of IFS: creating space for every part of you, while allowing your Self—the calm, compassionate center—to lead.
A Space Designed for Healing

Our new building is intentionally crafted to be:
Client-centered: welcoming and attuned to your needs.
Calm and inviting: so your nervous system can exhale the moment you arrive.
Sacred and restorative: an environment that heals simply by being in it.
It is also an ideal setting for Ketamine Assisted Therapy, where safety and serenity are essential. Here, we can work together through trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges in a space that supports deep rest and renewal.
This move is both a professional milestone and a personal transformation. I’m choosing to honor all my parts—especially the anxious ones—while letting my Self lead with clarity and courage.
My hope is that this new space becomes a sanctuary for you too, where your own parts can be held with compassion, and where healing feels not only possible, but inevitable.
