The benefits of self-pay?  

Private pay allows me to offer you the highest quality of care with the utmost privacy without any restrictions including the type, frequency, and length of our sessions together. There will be no diagnosis on your permanent health record and notes on our work together will be kept to the absolute minimum. No insurance or third parties will have access to your records. By paying out of pocket, you’re in complete control of your therapy and healing journey.

HSA/FSA cards are welcome!

Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement- Superbills (fancy receipts) are offered monthly should you want to request reimbursement directly from your insurance company. If you choose to submit to insurance, a diagnosis is required and it will become part of your medical record.

All payment is due before each session. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

$175 per hour for psychotherapy, business consultation, and mental wellness coaching

$300 for Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (2 hours) - Medicine and psychiatric evaluations are provided by Skylight Psychedelics. 

$75 for each additional 30 minutes needed

Good Faith Estimate

Under a new law in 2022, health care providers can give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
