About Adria
Hello, and thank you so much for reaching out with the desire to learn more about my therapy practice! In the interest of ensuring a great fit, here's some general information about me, my business, and the way that I work.
I'm the practice owner and licensed mental health therapist since 2009. I currently specialize in working with women experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, fatigue, burnout, perfectionism, people pleasing, an overactive internal critic, and current life stressors.

I like to refer to my practice as a boutique mental wellness center. You will have the ability to go beyond traditional talk therapy within 4 walls. You get to determine the location, duration, and frequency of your session. Together, we will decide on a modality that works best to achieve the transformation you desire. I use a holistic, integrated approach to wellness which may include inner child work, mindfulness and meditation, Ketamine assisted therapy, somatic release exercises, and/or movement-based therapy to promote mind-body-spirit connection.
My client hours are Mondays-Thursdays from 8:30am – 2:00pm. You may also book a mental wellness retreat or attend a workshop outside of those hours.
While most clients find virtual therapy convenient and effective, I also offer in person sessions in my downtown office. For an additional small fee, I will meet you at your office, home, or in a public location where privacy can still be attained. My style is warm, informal, and client-led, and I work well with clients who are high achieving, sensitive, insightful, and committed to their own growth.
If this feels like a potential fit for your current needs, please fill out this form and I'll be in touch!
